What is a Stage Manager?

The live event supervisor who makes sure that all technical and production cues on the rundown are executed on time during a show or event. Stage manager assumes full responsibility for the stage during the performance of the play.


Additional Information: The stage manager or ‘show caller’ can be thought of as the ‘captain of the ship’. They are in charge of making sure that all production crews are on standby and ready for their next call.
