Customer Support Specialist

Full-Time | Orlando, FL

We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping others. The primary responsibility of this role is to care for our clients by providing troubleshooting assistance and support related to our software (and occasionally their hardware). This person must be able to listen to and understand the customer's situation well, ask appropriate questions, isolate the problem, then determine and help implement the solution. Some issues will require workarounds or additional development to fix bugs and must be properly logged in our system so they can be addressed. Additional projects related to customer support will be assigned by your manager from time to time. Completing tasks with a positive, customer-service oriented attitude is very important as are empathy and a desire to problem-solve. The ideal candidate will be technically minded and have knowledge of the event production industry or software development.
